All LuxeClay products are handmade. Slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur, making each piece unique.
Orders & Payments
We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
All products are made on demand.

- Delivery Time: May vary depending on India Post and your location
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns. Replacement is only applicable in case of damaged products, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
