Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Since our products are handmade, some orders may require additional processing time depending on product availability and customization.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.

Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹89 is applicable on every order.

Courier Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and other reliable logistics providers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided by the courier partner, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address while placing an order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the package and the product. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
